Registration and payments
- Fill the registration form on this page
- Make payment via bank transfer✦ (use the following text: "iCities 2025 Registration Paper ID Name Lastname"). For each paper at least one author has to register (full). An author can be the reference author for a maximum of 2 papers.
Payment of Registration Fees
Payment can be made after registering by bank transfer only. Full payment must be sent as soon as possible to allow sufficient time for the conference organization. If you register at the early registration rate, payment must be fully received by the Early Registration deadline. The late registration payment should be received no later than 9 September 2025.

Registration Form
In order to attend the conference, registration is required. At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference.
Registration is closed.
Full rate registration includes two accepted extended abstracts and contribution to the Social Dinner, additional attendants should fill out the appropriate form.
